How to Plan Volume in an Amway Team – 5 Key Points

Create a 100–150 PV Personal Volume Culture

Encourage every ABO to maintain 100–150 PV through personal product usage, family needs, and a few regular customers. This target is simple, non-stressful, and easy for new people to duplicate. Consistency at this level builds a strong volume base across the team.

Lead by Example with Regular Ordering
Leaders must place orders every month and actively use Amway products. When leaders show discipline in volume, the team naturally follows. Personal example is the fastest way to build belief and duplication.

Focus on Team Volume, Not Just Individual Volume
Instead of one person carrying high PV, distribute volume across the team. Help each member plan their own monthly volume so growth becomes shared, stable, and duplicable.

Build Balanced Width and Depth (4–6 Active Legs)
Develop multiple active legs, each contributing minimum consistent volume. This balance reduces dependency on one leg and creates long-term stability and predictable growth.

Use a System with Regular Review and Follow-Up
Conduct regular PASE meetings, weekly check-ins, and monthly volume reviews. Clear systems remove confusion, create accountability, and ensure everyone knows their role in volume creation.
