Master your Emotions

Emotions come and emotions go, emotions are not bad or not useless, Your inner voice may say, your emotions are bad, emotions are simply emotions, Being depressed doesnt make u less valued or less important than 3 weeks ago. Feeling sad now doesnt mean that u will be unable to laugh again, the way you interpret your emotion , negative emotions can be very useful, sometimes u may have to touch the rock bottom ( lowest possible bottom) to reach at the top, Even the toughest people on earth become depressed, emotions come and go, your negative emotions will go, will vanish, will disappear, if u suffer from severe chronic depression, 

Chapter 16
Experience your emotions negative or positive. Don't waste time with negative emotions. Disengage your mind with negative emotions, 

Chapter 18
Positive or negative emotions are natural phenomenon, Negative emotions must be repressed, you may be repressing your emotions for years, Emotions are energy. Don't repress your emotion, it goes deeper into subconscious,  It gets accumulated. It becomes the part of your identity, 
Chapter 19
Your thoughts and imaginations determine your Future, Depositing positive thoughts in our mind, people with low self-esteem, destort reality, People who deposit positive thought in their mind or people who develop negative thoughts, you are addicted to a story, how u manage negative emotions as they arise, what impacts your emotions, is your self talk, make gratitude your daily routine, write three things for which you are grateful, gratitude meditations, write down whatever u want. Ask yourself what u really wants, make your dreams and goal journals, several versions of your ideal day, each versions must excite you, No it's going to happen, you do many things right but u remember things that went wrong that impacts your self esteem, moment u take an idea and the moments u take actions, Conditions your mind to experience more positive emotions, Exciting morning rituals, 
Chapter 20
Changing your emotions by changing your behaviour, what can i do for my present reality, rehearsing your speech for hours, detach yourself from negative emotions, frustration to depression, short term solutions, if u get attach with negative emotions get busy anyway, listen to music, do some exercise ,leave your feeling anyway, breathe slowly to relax your muscles, Long term solutions, practice mindfullness, move away from negativity, exercise improves your mood and gives u more energy, junk food will negatively impact your negative energy level,

Questioning your belief, attacking the messenger, fear vs love, act out of fear or act out of love, sharing to change lives around you, fear base goal or love base goal,fear main focus in receiving, and love here main focus is on giving,  making money, becoming famous, proving to your parents and friends how good u are, 
Gift to the world, monitor ur behaviour on daily basis, fear based behaviour or love based behaviour, behaviour from moving from wanted to get to wanted to give, 
Chapter 23
What triggers the negative emotions, Being incompetent is unacceptable, perhaps i am biased, is it true everybody is judging you, I do not have experience of doing simple task, self defeating behaviour, record your emotions to grow, 
Chapter 24
You are not only the person who is struggling, there are millions of people who have low self esteem, I am not muscular enough , my memory is not good enough, I don't have enough money, I don't have enough friends, situations keep shifting, idea is that u pay more respect to yourself, write it down all the compliments u have in your life, don't question the sincerity of the compliments, soon they become genuine, Focus on the positive things happening in your life, they are happening whether you may or may not acknowledge them, Make a positive journal, add pictures , images and keep it with you, Learning to accept compliments,  you are disrespecting to yourself, accepting you are wealthy of compliments,  Three things that u appreciate your wife, your children,  6 pillars of self esteem, misunderstood and misdiagnosed, Self acceptance, right to exist, Living consciously,  self acceptance is the basis on which your selfesteem develops, value yourself, Self responsibility, Realising,  No body is going to save you and you are responsible to save your life, you are responsible for your choices and your actions, u are responsible for how u use your time and for your happiness, Only u can change your life, use your powers to achieve your goals,
