Good leadership requires lot of planning and leadership, all businesses have hierarchy of possess and employees, Amateur and professional sales team, simply giving a position of leadership doesn't mean u are going , unfortunately if u are unprepared u are to  , A good Prepration  separates a good leader from a bad leader, A good leader has the following traits, these traits are high sense of confidence, purpose, vision clearly shared with the group, priorities, group member must know what to do and when, relationship concerned about group members, consistency, ...this is over simplification, 
SHARING YOUR VISION to your team members to motivate and energise, Contribute your ideas, You should adopt or adapt, Always keep your goal on the Horizon, Make sure u celebrate it, how important they are, solid understanding what the team does, develop startageies to develop a team, happy team get more results, if u take interest they will like and respect you, you make feel important, Negative emotions can not take u to positive direction, As a leader u should step in to prevent quarrel and infighting, listen to each persons point of view separately, you will draw your own conclusions, And find a way to remove , it can be easily remedied, encourage meeting, or some idea books, maintaining consistency, people like consistency, resistant to change, flexible to change, bring up suggestions to change, leading from front , consistent leadership style, not tolerate infighting, constantly looking for ways to raise the productivity of my team,
