A strong personality helps u to navigate life challenges with confidence, build meaningful relationship and achieve your goal. It influence how you see the world and how the world sees you.
Personality development (PD) is a lifelong process. PD is shaped by our experiences, our relationship, and our environment. But you can also actively influence it through self-reflection, Learning new skills and stepping outside your comfort zone.

Self reflection :
Self reflection is the key and very important practice of PD. Reflect on the thought where u started the journey and where you want to reach. Drawing mental pictures of your future. Self reflection encourages you to become your best version.
