Step-by-Step Structure: 8 Pillars of Counselling
1. Know the Person (Background & Aspirations)
Ask: “What is your Why? Why are you building this business?”
Current job/profession
Family background
Monthly income and expenses
Current challenges and dreams
Tip: Build emotional connection; understand their pain and desire.
2. Define Specific Goals (Personal + Business)
Goal Type Example Questions
