LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES

Work together , Long haul,  impede success, Narrow focus, protecting your self image or ego, optimal results and positive relationship, attract and repel others, conscious and unconscious leaders, below the line they are more close. Above the line leaders are more open, defending our egos is but natural, we all have different personas, sound of your own voice, There is not only one story, there is multiple story of success,  but common thing in all the leaders are they all have dreams. Struggle may be different, for different person, so is the success stories,  conscious to unconscious, 

Going auto pilot, mindset , emotional loops where we get trapped, freedom of choice, feeling the inner experience, feeling thinking and doing, Understanding individuals need for better motivation, decode and comprehend for success, we are more unconscious than we are, pattern of responses depends on your questions
High tolerance for frustration, reference point and bench mark, Having power over people, self preservation, growth at personal and professional level, 
Chapter 3
Becoming a better leader, what is going beneath the surface, Before u meet people check your emotions at the door, understand people at deeper level, including their blindspot,  u defeat the whole purpose, growth trajectory, all traits has two sides upside and downside
Different views of the same world, mutual compassion, working relationship, unconscious habit or behaviour to grow, stay humble, instant expert, excitement in people, feel motivated to grow, do it in thoughtful way, life is audio book, journey of self discovery , appreciate our differences, empathy and resilience, 
Chapter 4
Quality of a leader is reflected in for the standard they set for themselves, reformer or perfectionist, Bridge the gap by high quality result, respectful for the rules, control your impulses, clear set of principles, judge yourself, find the area of improvement, engage in good behaviours, you believe there is only one way of doing right things and that is your way. You have to adapt to new environment, proactive self control, deep sense of satisfaction, appreciate the good they do, what structure is needed, every body follows the rule of civilised society, reform your bad behaviour, u deserve compassion, acting selflessely , more flexible, tendency to be judgemental, only one way and it is your way, maintain high standard, micro managing, WORK MUST COME BEFORE PLEASURE, reaction formation, Defense mechanism, ruly behaviour, Become dependable, responsible, reliable, trustworthy, the endless quest, result in procastination, grow inflexible, hiding their annoyance,base line assumptions, being ethical and responsible, keep pressure to improve,not realistic, over stretching yourself, prioritise your routine,genuine attention, feedback to correct themselves, habitual reactions, becoming resentful, micro manage, managing every small things, when i give them constructive feedback they take it as criticism, my intention is to help , my input sometimes becomes harsh and judgemental, it becomes unproductive, my intention gets misunderstood, when people dont follow the established process & procedures, whe ppke excuses instead of taking responsibility,  where mistakes are not corrected and get repeated over and over again, when people act unethically and irresponsibly, when people behave in such a way that is a having negative impacts on others, and they are not correcting their behaviour, clearly spell out the standard u apply, their standards may be higher than average, holding people accountable for their goals for improvement, Have compassion for people, most of the people dont value the rules and regulations, work independently and become a problem solver, understanding the Why , why i am doing, it is natural and normal for success, pursuit of perfection brings excellence, dedicated to good causes, work hard to support others, they only listens to the negatives, Be dependable and trustworthy, very tough internally,effective and happy, active and collaborative, emotionally intelligently and more satisfied at work, how do u supress your anger,  how do u handle compliments, achieving perfection is impossible,  can u break the rule, how do u 
react, self insight, blindspot can hurt you, why do u value structure, succession planning, self management, dont undermine effectiveness or happiness, it is  happy or be right, over critical to self, 
Chapter 5
I can be a powerful change agent, i am sensitive to need of other people, good at cultuvating relationship, inflated vs deflated, set your boundaries, generous and strong, fear of alienating you,  give them space to do their best, dont let anybody down, putting heart into the work, if they feel disrespected they may rebel, handle with care,how to be selfeffective, Blindspot,  self elevation  and self deflation, generosity to give others, constantly focussing on  their own needs, 

Chapter 6
Failure is to be avoided at all cost, focus your attention on reading people, when you read other people, you intake success, freeze your skill, worlds love winners, Biggest strength, prize over substance, inspiring others for driving results,
