How to train your mind

Chapter 1
I could live more productive life, Flipping page by page, Deepening relationship with someone, Better and more productive person, How to train your brain, daily meditation session, Meditation and productivity, meditation was about slowing down and productivity is about speeding up, auto-pilot mode, Most i dug into the ideas, simple practice influences the ideas, how meditation influences our productivity, primary focus of the book, Benefit of meditation, making meditation as your habit, happier and more relaxed in the process, countless stories and antidote, practical and tactical, meditation practice will be self guided, meditation habit, 

Turn your attention inwards, listen to 
Training your mind, how 
Mindfulness is what is there in your mind, what is passing through your mind, many of the thoughts are counter productive, Opportunities surrounding them, if u say u dont have time for meditation, u are resisting ur greatest return, three meditation boosters, deep thoughtful concentrations, more emotional work can be, more automomy u have with ur work, more stressed in general, more stressful your life will be, more meditation u need to have, open minded than practice, thinking is powerful but if thinking is too much, it brings pain, pain in alternative context, pain in the name of productivity, 
Thoughts are the lens through which we perceive the world. Transcends the world, Meditation practice will make you more productive, 
Meditate for 2 min u will be more productive, overcome the resistance of busy mind, breathe in deeply, dont try to control your breathe just notice it,  noticing your busy mind, mental posture very very important.

Chapter 2
How to meditate, Observation is a dying art, Number of people that meditate have grown leap and bounds, jump to the assumption or conclusion, how much i have to pay every month, preconceived notion, meditation is not religion, it is control over breath, why focus on breath, mind feels bore and sleepy, breath is the common thing for focus, if u can focus on your breath, u can focus on anything, turn your attention from over thinking, your thoughts dont obscure,engage yourself with ur breath, Breath is a powerful objective for concentrate, if u are getting bored u are not focus on your breath, just looked rediculous, Repeatedly falling down and repeatedly getting up, Breath is the objective of my meditation, Focus on your third eye, Walking meditation, Favourite option, Discipline can keep u alert, Breathe is the object of my meditation, Comfortable with practice, Phone can be a source of distraction, put it airplane mode, this business has great social features, what to do with your body and what to do with your mind,  connection with body and mind, natural curvatures, sitting on a meditation cushion, virtues of technology, 
Breath, Anchor for your attention, mind loves to wander, sky never disappears, it is covered by cloud, As the cloud moves away, the sky is visisble again, perception and feeling, notice and refocus, painful breakup, wandering about the future, 
Time is the most difficult thing to faat forward, walk around slowly, feel the detail of every step u take,
