The attention Revolution

Focus leads to other positive and productive habit, refreshing and soothing than watching TVs, suffering from insomnia, physicians dont heal our body, nature heal they only create an environment, trust ur body, stressful imbalances from our life, protect the inner environment, stop the contamination, your dreams are dormant, dreams activate your sensory organ of our body, break this habit, respiratory can help the process of healing, when we sleep the best respiration takes place and the best healing takes place, our respiration on other part of day are influenced by our thoughts, After 8 hours sleep we wake up fresh and energised for a new day, 
Chapter 3
Respiration can heal the damage anytime, Allowing the body to restore it balance in its own way, simply focussing the attention on the breath, You have achieved the first level of success if u are able to focus your breath, faculty of desire, suffering from lack of imagination, blind us to see our weakness, genuine happiness, isolation from others, well being around us, if ur cravings are strong, central theme of the audio books, genuine happiness untapped, unloving kindness, restless thoughts, tangible goods fooding, clothing, medicale care,  intangible companionship of others, continuous state of flux, u are changing all the time wheter u want or not, the transformation is taking place right now, here, Ask this question to yourself,what should i offer to this world, cultivate the true causes, each one seeking happiness like you, 
Chapter 4
Hectic environment can destabilise your mind, level of excitation, our minds jumps from one thought to other as the birds fly from one branch to other branch, arouse your attention, relax your attention,  meditation is a balancing act between attention and relaxation, relax the body and mind, thoughts are bound to arouse, Visual memory, mental images of process, try counting the breath in the begining of the session, Dont limit yourself by imagingation, cognitive disorder , go unnoticed, fantacies projection, True education , super imposing in our people, jumps rapidly like monkeys superimposing, structure your education, adding to reality or subtracting, Attending to multiple things at a time is illusion, Practice of focussed attention, moving our attention from one task to another with great rapidity. Mindless vs mindful, 
Chapter 5
Mental balance gives u  , disatisfied with your progress, swift gratification or immediate results, real causes of disatisfaction, dire consequences, Non judgemental and compassionate, compassions goes beyond empathy, Anxiety & Disatisfaction, inner causes of suffering, Offering yourself to her, roll through the world, social justice, imbalances, deflection, harming ourselves and others, 
Free from all kind of sufferings and it's true causes, , may we become support to each other pain, 
Chapter 6
Meditative objects, value the quality of meditation, maintain your vitality, balancing your attention for hours, cultivating of loving kindness, resistance to disease, psychological immune system, 
Withdrawal is defeat, stepping out of situation that you have got stuck, how deeply mind gets trapped on excitation, mind gets trapped in rut makes your mind dysfunctional, step out in solitude and  Explore the frontier of the mind, Dont quell your desire, Strong foundation of business is strong ethical discipline, social rules,  religious commandment, Business commandment, Avoiding harms to others, physical, verbal, or mental behaviour, live in harmony with each others, cultivation of mental balance, it doesnt stop overnight, aggravate mental turbulence, hardwork of training mind, 
Chapter 9
Relationship change, flux of circumstances that make u feel such, hope, fears , aspirations, think each person as yourself,  keep yourself as the Centre of his world, Let the light spread out to each person in all directions, imagine this as dark cloud, the causes has to be removed, no object with no subject,

Counter laxity is to rouse their attention, arouse the mind too much,
