I am taking you to Journey of wellness, I am not interested in my health, We have increased our calories, 500 calories more per day, every year we are going to gain our weight, added from extra fats and sugars, the proportion is getting larger in comparison to 1970s,

Protein an indispensable nutrient. More protein, more muscles, more strength. More protein more muscles mass, protein is important but not at the expense of carbohydrate, Amino acid is a building block of protein, protein is 60% nitrogen, nitrogen based compound, nitrogen is central element of amino acid, protein builds our body Tissues, protein builds our collagen,  protein builds our immune system, WBC is basically protein, protein another function is synthesis ( making) of enzymes, they enhance chemical reaction but are not broken down, synthesis of non essential amino acids, enzymes helps in digestion, harmones are chemical messenger, insulin is a protein, protein helps in acid base balance, protein yield excess hydrogen ion or excess acids in our body, it can lead to kidney stones, protein helps in transport function, 

Vit E and selenium prevents prostrate cancer, 
Vit D prevents cancer, sunrays can make vit D from your body cholestrol and sends it to liver, regulates blood calcium, 
Sorasis is auto immune disease, body capacity to synthesis vit D in our skin , synthesis decreases ,our skin receives less 

 B vitamins basics : water soluble
Group of 8 substances, B1, riboflavin, B3, B4, B5, B6,  folic B9, cofactor,  they don't provide energy, they facilitate energy, B vitamins family of compounds, Alcohol destroys B vitamins,
