There is no Overnight success, A man can fly like a bird, it was first taken as a dream by a man, it appeared impossible,  Printing press was conceived as a dream by a man, if u make a list of all the inventions in the past, it was all conceived as a dream first, Aeroplane changed everything,  it connected the world, it removed the gap between cities, and countries, it connected the world community,  wright brother quest, and conquering the challenges, people could understand 50 years later what they were doing, World at last acknowledged human flight was ultimately accomplished,  first used as military weapon than Rich man tool, than small group of people travel, than freight, cargo and now...

Growth is driven by compounding,  consider the progress of medicine, pessimism reduces expectations,
