( 4 )1. सफलता की कीमत क्या है ...जिम्मेवारी। जिम्मेवारी स्वीकारने मात्र से आपके अंदर की हर प्रकार की नकारात्मक भावना खत्म हो जाती है।
2. इसकी वजह से जिंदगी पूरी की पूरी बदल जाएगी।
3. मैं जिम्मेवार हूँ । पूरी नकारात्मकता खत्म । आत्म विश्वाशी महसूस कराती है।
4. पूर्ण जिम्मेवारी के बगैर प्रगति सम्भव नही है । जब आप पूर्ण जिम्मेवारी ले लेते है, तो आपकी सफलता की कोई सीमा नही की आप क्या कर सकते है, क्या पा सकते , किस ऊंचाई तक पहुँच सकते है।
5. दुसरो को दोष देना छोड़ दे । दुसरो को दोष देने से आप अपनी शक्ति को कम कर लेते है।
6. दुसरो की निंदा करना छोड़ दे, शिकायत करना छोड़ दे , आलोचना करना छोड़ दे, आप अपने अंदर नकारात्मकता और क्रोध की भावना जगा देते है।
7.  जब आप जल भून रहते है, तो आपके शत्रु नृत्य कर रहे होते है।

अति आवश्यक काम और महत्तपूर्ण काम, अति आवश्यक काम बाहरी दबाव से प्रेरित होते है, महत्वपूर्ण काम वो है जो आपके दीर्घ कालिक लक्ष्य को प्रेरित करते है, 80/20, आपके 10 काम मे से 2 काम महत्पूर्ण होंगे जो आपके 8 काम को प्रभावित करते है, उनकी पहचान करें, आप सबसे ज्यादा टालमटोल इसी 2 काम को करने में करते है जो सबसे अधिक मूल्यवान होता है, आप किस काम को टाले, 80% वाले  काम जिनका आपके दीर्घ कालिक गोल में बहुत कम योग्यदान होता है, ABCDE A वो काम होते है जिसके गम्भीर परिणाम होते है, सफल और असफल लोगो मे ज्यादा फर्क नही होता है, सफल लोग ज्यादा मूल्यवान काम करते है, और असफल लोग कम मूल्यवान काम करते है। एकल मानसिकता से आप अपने मूल्यवान काम के पीछे लग जाये, खुद को एकाग्र बनाने में अनुशाषित करें, अगर फ़टकाव आप पर हावी हो रहा है, तो खुद से कहे, दोबारा काम पर लौटो, दोबारा काम पर लौटो, दोबारा काम पर लौटो, उस काम को पूर्ण करने के लिए अपनी कोशिशों को बढ़ा ले, खुद को पटरी पर रखे, आपके 20% काम से आपके 80% मूलय तय होता है, खुद से puche mere sbse mulyvan kam kon sa hai, समझ मे नही आ रहा है तो upline se पूछ ले, फिर समर्पित हो जाये, तीसरा सवाल खुद से पूछे, मेंरा परिणाम क्षेत्र क्या हैं, तभी आप महत्वपूर्ण prinam prapt kr skte hai, isi prakar ap apna sarvashreshth pradrshn kr skte hai,    इसे अभी करो, इसे अभी करो, इसे अभी करो।
(17) वर्तमान काल मे लिखे, मैं अगले 12 महीने में 50,000 रुपये कमाना चाहते है। इंडेक्स कार्ड बना ले, 
उसके नीचे, लिखे, मैं इसके लिए योजना बना लिया हु।
मैं अपनी कार्य सूची बना लिया हुँ।
मैं प्राथमिकता के अनुरूप काम कर रहा हूँ।
मैं अपने काम की हर दिन समीक्षा कर रहा हूँ।
अपने लक्ष्य पूर्ण होने की कल्पना करें।

(18) अपनी सफलता की मानसिक तस्वीर लगातार देखे, सबसे प्रबल शक्ति है, आप आज जहाँ है, वो आपकी मानसिक तस्वीर देखने की वजह से है, आकर्षण के नियम को सक्रिय कर लेते है, कल्पना विश्व पर राज करती है, भविष्य दृष्टि, Laser beam की तरह अपने लक्ष्य पर केंद्रित कर ले, असफल लोग असफलता की कल्पना करता है, और अपनी असफलता का कारण बन जाते है, 
सफलता के लिए मानसिक तसवीर देखने की कला विकसित कर, आपने अपनी पढ़ाई की मानसिक तसवीर देखी और उसे प्राप्त कर लिया, आपने नौकरी पाने, मकान पाने , कपड़े खरीदने, मोबाइल खरीदने, या अपनी विवाह की तस्वीर देखी और फिर आज प्राप्त कर लिया। अपनी मानसिक तस्वीर देखने की बागडोर अपने हाथों में थामे, इस शक्ति का लगातार अपने जीवन को बेहतर करने के लिए उपयोग करे, आप उन गुणों के बारे में हमेशा कल्पना करें जो आपको अपने अंदर लाना है, अवचेतन मन मे इतनी प्रबल हो गयी कि ...गुण aur व्यक्ति एक हो गए। .....
मनचाहा गुण कैसे विकसित करें। उसकी कल्पना हमेशा करनी होगी। लापरवाही से दुर्घटना हो सकती है। अपने अंदर के सारे सुधार मानसिक तसवीर से ही सम्भव होता है। सकारात्मक मानसिक तसवीर देखने की आदत बना ले।
बहुत तेजी से आपकी सम्भावना साकार होगी
(19) जिसे आप ज्यादातर समय अपने दिमाग मे रह सकते उसे आप प्राप्त कर सकते है। क्या मेरा ये काम मनचाहे परिणाम के लिए कारगर है, परिवर्तन का प्रभाव जबरदस्त था, इससे बचना असम्भव है, सभी लीडर्स पढ़ाकू होते है, शक्ति उसी के पास होती है जिसके पास जानकारी होती है, 6 महीने का सेल्फ लाइफ होता है एक टेक्नोलॉजी का, लापरवाही अंतहीन चलता रहता है, दीर्घ कालीन सफलता का दुश्मन अलप कालीन सफलता होता है, समृद्ध होना है तो एकाग्र , स्कल्पवान, बनना होगा, लचीला बनना होगा।
(21) keval सपने ही न देखे, पर सृजन भी करें। आपके आस पास के लोगो को हैरानी होगी। रचनात्मकता नैसर्गिक योग्यता है, बिना ईंधन के आग दम तोड़ देता है, दौलतमंद बनने के लिए अपना मूल्य बढाये । रचनात्मक बुद्धि का दोहन करे, अगर शारीरिक muscle को मजबूत करना है, तो वजन उठाना पड़ेगा, दिमाग के मसल को मजबूत करना है, तो गोल का प्रेशर को उठाना होगा। लिखने से आप ज्यादा रचनात्मक बनते है, कैसे कर सकते है, 10 जवाब लिखे, आपकी रचनात्मकता इस तरह बढ़ती है,  प्लान B तैयार करे, बिस्मार्क बैक अप योजना बना कर काम करते थे, ज्यादा विकल्प, ज्यादा शक्ति, ज्यादा स्वतंत्र होते है। जब आप मूल्य जोड़ते है, आप अधिक प्रभावी होते है। ज्यादा बड़ी सेवा से ज्यादा बड़ा पुरस्कार की कामना करनी चाहिए। कागज़ पर सोचे, स्पष्टता आपको अच्छी दृष्टि देती है।
(22) कुछ लोग दूसरे से ज्यादा अधिक सफल कैसे होते है। ज्यादा चीज़ बाहर निकालना चाहते है तो अधिक चीज़ अंदर डालना होगा, संगठन में इसी तरह आप ऊपर की यात्रा कर पाएंगे। ज्यादा जिम्मेवारी दी जाती है, उससे ज्यादा करें, आप फ़ास्ट ट्रैक में जीवन मे आगे बढ़ेंगे। थोड़ा ज्यादा फ़ोन करें। सफल लोग व्यस्त होते, है, ज्यादा काम करते है, गतिशील रहते है। असफल लोग, आधा दिन बर्बाद कर देते है , महीने के एक दो सप्ताह बर्बाद कर देते है। काम मे तेज़ी लाये। ज्यादा जिम्मेवारी मांगे, ये आपके लिए बड़ी, सफलता का दरवाजा खोल देते है,

Introduction ...what do u want to be when u grow up, My Rich  Dad and other was my friends Dad, 1) All four quadrants are necessary to maintain balance in the society, different quadrants different people, who u are at the core, ESBI, 
Robert kiyosaki challenged the conventional wisdom, 2) Your house is not your assets, it does not generate income for you, The house which is there as a rental property for you is your assets,
 why I want you to be rich, Power of financial education, 3)  Cash flow Quadrant is Finding your path in life,

There is a difference between being Rich and being wealthy, 
Focus on building our assets, whole of our assets is more than our liabilities, then we are our wealthy, 
No of days u can survive without working for money, wealth is measured in time not money,

Suppose your savings is Rs 10 lakh, and your family monthly expenses is worth Rs 1 lakh, and no other person is making a monthly income, than your saving is worth 10 months, your wealth is 10 months, wealth is measured in time not in rupees, 


 I quadrant is the playground of the rich, you own a system and people work for you, I quadrant money gets converted into wealth, E you have a job, S you own a job, B people work for you, I money works for you, unlimited new ideas, it is in I quadrant money is converted to wealth, OPT OPM is the secret to wealth, OPT AND OPM are found in B and I quadrant, increasing the system and Hiring more people, people get frozen in 1 quadrant,  why some people work less and earn more, financially more secure than others, B and I quadrant is not a set of rules, it is simply a guide to financial freedom, it guided us to financial struggle to financial security, and then to financial freedom, the difference between rich and being wealthy, growing without our physical effort, wealth is measured in time not in dollars, red line finances, max speed without blowing up, life expectancy get shortened,  cancer of the wallet, I quadrant where money makes more money, retirement plan is not going to be free,

How to get free ? You need to go beyond job security.  Job security means financial security, 
Why people choose security over financial freedom,  
They learn financial security than freedom, trap by debt, following the script of industrial, get a good education and get a job and it is done, 
People always think about income not about assets, Debts, and taxes are the barrier , America govt 50% partnership, Average American millionaire is self employed,  
Why so highly educated people not so successful in the real world. Why most of the school teachers are poor, the school teachers know little about money, Why I hate school but Love Learning, I became Entrepreneur in education, 
Money alone does not bring security,  still feels insecure...Why ? At the time of great economic change,
20 year of investing, money as a fire fighters, His portfolio is more than 3000 dollar per year not bad. 
Your Boss job is not to make u rich, 
Change means, your wealth is being transferred, 
Change means wealth is being transferred,  
Their finance is operating on Red line, 
What u do in free time will determine your future, if u have to work hard on the left side, u have to work forever, if u have to work on the right side, undercurrent of resentment,  what u do in the spare time, the game and rules are different in all the quadrants, The choice of paths, the quadrants in the right side gives u more security and more......, change means wealth is being transferred,  your boss job is not make u rich, it is your job the moment u receive your paycheck , No amount of money can make u rich, if u dont budget your money wisely, if u budget your money wisely, u can earn great personal Fortune that is Freedom, 
Good news, it is easy to be successful in B quadrant because of the technology,  

Chapter 4
Three kind of business systems,  it is the bridge to migrate it, each system has its own strengths and weaknesses,  
His wealth skyrocketed, Where to learn from the B. 
System is a bridge to  Freedom, Experience is priceless, our confidence is not in what we have but what we can create with the system
Company only trains u for the E quadrant, 
How to develop into successful B, NWM is just like buying a personal franchise, to move towards thr right side of the quadrant,  System is a bridge to freedom, experience was priceless,  not in what we have but what we can create with our resources in hand, your only job is to develop your people, you can cross safely from your left hand side to the right side of the quadrant,  






Chapter 5
Investing is risky, if u lack financial education, 
Investing is the key to financial  freedom,  My poor dad said investing is risky, the true freedom is financial freedom, 
Investing is the key to financial freedom,  
 My rich dad said being financially uneducated  is risky, Investing is the key to financial freedom, Boundaries of their life is defined by the money, profession u learn to work for money, Preparing for I quadrant, 

Four green houses and 1 red hotels , Rich dad played monopoly,  my green houses will become 1 red hotels, learning to invest is Boundaries of our life is defined by our investing,  
Keep learning and keep growing, 
Savers are the biggest losers, 
They have investment  working for them, 
My poor dad said investing is risky, my Rich dad said being financially uneducated is risky, Learning to invest is your ticket to financial freedom,  the more money is working for you, the less you have to work for money,
ROI Return on information,  the more information u have the more return u have on your information. 

Freedom is power to choose, 

Infinite investment means money for nothing.
I was learning to use other people money as my investment,  A true capitalist must know this, I was educated and trained to think differently,  
I am learning to think how to make money from nothing, 
Trusted advisor, ponzy scheme is an investment scheme, true capitalist must know how to raise money and make lot of money, How to become a capitalist,  To become a capitalist a person must know the skill of B and I quadrant, real life skills that gives us strength and professional skills of B and I quadrant,  

Chapter 6
If u don't see money in your mind, it will not stick in your hand, use brain to see the money, it is financial literacy,  all quadrants looks like 4 different countries, u will not understand the language,  same word and same numbers, it is the start of financial literacy, it takes money to make money, My Rich dad said if your money don't stick in your head it will not be there in your hand, Any financial advice is better than no advice, Bad advice and good advice, most people don't come from financial healthy family, your advisors are smart as you are, safe and secure financial advise, Financially educated u can manage your money best, is your Banker lying to you, 
Is your house an assets, Taxes and mortages are the derivatives , similar words different meaning, u must know the difference between assets and Liabilities and know the meaning of mortage, making money is common sense not a rocket science,  money is an idea, 

Chapter 7

Keep the flame in your heart alive, Passion builds businesses not fear, why I started this journey,  
U can always quit , Why quit now, 
Becoming Entrepreneur and investors, 
Passion is a combination of Love & hate. I loved learning but hated school, He also despite the school system, 
Build your system around your passion, 
Be a part of Intensive trg program or leave 
Passion builds businesses not Fear, 
Becoming who u are, job security to financial freedom,  past conditioning is , passion build businesses not fear, passion builds businesses not Fears, financially blind increases your numbers, left hand side they don't have to think about the numbers, Numbers becomes everything not words, numbers tells u the fact, Numbers reduce risks,

I am overworked and underpaid, Different core values, 
4 green houses one red hotels, increasing cash flow will be more than your expense, common sense is uncommon, home is an asset but actually it is a liability,  Becoming a financial powerhouse,  Thoughts, Beliefs, ideas of poor class, what they are at core being, the fear of losing money, terrified of losing money, 4 green houses 1 red hotel, 


Freedom may be  free but it has a price..Words are tools, if u want to lead people, u have to be master of words, 
Which words work on which kinds of people,

Experience is more important than money, countless of people will say you can't do this, Law is favourable to rich people, 
Choice of security and choice of freedom, playing on right side of the quadrant, risky but highly rewarding, 

Chapter 10
Reeducate yourself to think like a rich person, Think and look at the world of B and I quadrant,  acquiring assets or working hard, Being undereducated is risky, being uninformed is risky, minding your business is not risky, 
In industrial age, you don't have to take charge of tomorrow,  
Anxiety return on Monday morning, Financial intelligence thinking like a Rich person, accumulation of .....,

 Conventional wisdom, house is not your asset, This book is dedicated to those who believe in paying the price for success. Shrinking middle class in America, Many skeptics have become believer. His message and teachings stood the test of time, Finding your path is your goal in life, what is the purpose of your life, Life is the greatest gift of God, Personal development course is a non-traditional education, so many students who do well in school do not do well in real life, Traditional education is a great environment of A student, but not for me. Traditional education was crushing my spirit, the fear of making mistake, the fear of failing, fear of not getting a job, Traditional education is not a place for students of B and I quadrant, Why so many highly qualified people not successful in real life, Unawared of B and I quadrant, This is the shortcoming of traditional education, Millions of people leave school  to get trapped in job, They know something is missing in life, Many people are Trapped financially just enough to survive, wanting to earn more but don't know what to do, These is an extreme example, When a person is trapped and unable to find the path, we have to teach them Cash flow game, very imp features People teach people, No need to go to school to learn the Cash flow game, Change is not easy, changing quadrant is not easy, it was hard work mentally, High salary, job security, benefits,  govt pension, my family values made my transition difficult, I had to shut up their warning, concern, and criticism, about becoming an entrepreneur and investor, you are taking too many risk, what if you fail, The rich people are greedy, why money is so important to you, money won't make u happy, just leave below your means, play it safe, don't go for your dreams, I am going to become an Entrepreneur in B quadrant, Why so many A students fail in the world of money, A students stuck in analysis and paralysis, studying every detail, but failing to do anything, this analysis paralysis is caused by our educational system,  punishment for wrong decision, A students are A student because they made the fewer mistakes, In the real world people who take action who make mistakes, and learn from those mistakes to win in the game of life, making mistake is human, but lying from mistake is a crime, forgery. When criticised about 1014 mistakes before creating the light bulb, Thomas Edison said I did not fail 1014 times, I successfuly found out what did not work 1014 times, why so many do not succeed in their life is that they fail to fail enough times, Why so many people cling to job security because they lack emotional education, fears stop them, One of the best thing about Military school, marine corps are they spend lot of time developing young men & women emotionally and spiritually, mentally and physically, Although it is a tough education but complete education, I created the cash flow game because the game educates the whole person, it is a teaching tool, than reading or lecture, The game involves the mind, the emotions, the spirit ..., Finding the path is not easy task, but you have to find the path of happiness.I love what I do, but I can't wait for the money, I want to do my own things, The path is the goal. People in the left feel somebody is taking the entire risk, this is the good idea, Making money is common sense not a rocket science, When it comes to make money, common sense is uncommon, I got emotional with greed and excitement, your profit is generated when u buy not when u sell, i was beginning to understand the game of money, Gold is an asset, it has stood the test of time. But if u buy gold worth 200 dollar and sold it for 100 dollar, in this transaction, gold is a liability. The actual asset is a person who makes the decision, RichDad was toying with my brain, when u treat an opinion as a fact, u will lose your money, most of us have been handed over a opinion from generations after generations, and we treat this as a fact, and think why we are struggling with money for the entire life, If u want to be on the right side of the quadrant, u must understand the difference between facts and opinion, most of the people are lazy or searching for short cuts, Why people struggle financially, people leave in debt the day they go to school and the day they die, The average American is three checks away from bankruptcy, 
C7 Who u become in the process, of achieving your goal. Keep striving, u will become somebody, Achieving a goal is one thing, but what u become in the process of achieving your goal is the most important thing, the changes u go through, from job security to financial security. In the journey u have to go through internal change and what u become in the process, For some the process is easy, and for some it is impossible, Money is a drug, if u are addicted to money, if u don't have money u go violent and aggressive and destructive, 
If u get money as an employee, u are addicted to acquire the money that way, If u are earning the money as an self employee, u are unable to detach and u are emotional that way, The journey from Left side to right side is the attachment we have and very difficult to break the habit, It is just like breaking the addiction, Creating our own system to acquiring the money, security of paycheck, B controls the system to generate its money, E to B journey , it is like a drowning person, or a starving person needs money to survive, it is the internal battle that makes it so hard, Who u are, and who u want to become, You will build the business or go back to search a job, Find ur passion, do u really want to move ahead, keep the flame alive, Passion builds businesses not fear, remember why u started the bussiness , keep the flame alive, I lost my dream, and allowed fear to fill my head as well as the heart, I had forgotten my passion, I felt either I have to go home and forget this journey or make things happen whatever it takes, 
My fear dominated my mind, and my dream was put aside, I stood my dream and I decided to become an Entrepreneur and Investor, Passion is a combination of Love and hate, Winston Churchill once said, I am always ready to learn, You cannot teach a person, u can only help him find himself, his strength. I was groomed up to create a system and control the system, I loved the idea of educating the people for getting rich and wealthy. Who creates the system, a person who has passion, labour is becoming cheap, and technology is becoming better and innovative, downsizing became the common practice, the merging of two or three companies became the common phenomenon, Each downsizing, people at the top getting richer and richer and people at the bottom paid the price, job is a good idea for a short term not for a long term, Build your system round your passion, School days are over build the system round your heart, Every things gets spread through word of mouth, People take risk, and they fail and then they recover, this is how you give strength to your mind, Emotional intelligence is much more powerful than rational intelligence.

NWM is not perfect, but it is just better, Do u want to make some extra money, Testimonials of people making Fortunes in NWM, I couldn't believe it to be true, Huge money without big investment, I changed my attitude, I treated my business as most people do, After 3 months , I started blaming everybody and everyone for my failure, My upline was not giving me help, the company is not providing enough training, I didn't know enough people, no body will respect me, I blamed the product, I blamed the company, I blamed the economy, blamed everyone but myself, Blaming the world was not helping me pay my bills, The only place I could create some cash flow was network marketing, I build it 7 times and it crashed, I build it and it crashed, I build it and it crashed, over and over again, After this I was very much discouraged and almost lost hope, something happened that changed my life, I was watching a TV and heard an expert on NWM, I thought how can he be an expert on that topic, he said I learned from successful leader of the industry, I read books, prepared my notes on the product, and applied my knowledge to reach at this level of top earner in the industry, it hit me by lightning, it finally clicked my brain, if I truly decides to do it, I will become an expert in NWM, I can learn, I can practise, till then I was looking for an angle to sponsor some superstar to become successful, I was scared, But In an instant everything changed, I didn't have to worry about getting Lucky, I didn't have to worry about my positioning in LOS, my upline and anything else, All I have to do is to become an expert, from that day I decided to develop my skills and knowledge to become a NWM professional, Since then my life has become an amazing adventure, NWM has become a career for me, Since then I am having a life of freedom, I have touched and be touched by thousands of life, have visited different places around the world, and more importantly, became a better person in a process, All this happened for me and can happen for you, I will give u some Fundamental principles that will guide you to become NWM professional, Welcome to the exciting adventure,

All jobs in 5 categories , Blue caller, white caller , Sale, Traditional business ownership        investing, Blue collar is the member of the working class, manual labour, Can Blue collar be listed in perfect career list , your answer is absolutely no, It can't take u where u want to be, White collar job, professional, manegerial, it is performed in office cubicles, work other than manual labour &  sale, it is more socially acceptable, it is believed more safe & secure option, it has changed, two types of people engage in white collar  job, achiever and Hider, Achiever, they are ambitious, want to perform at highest level, they are energetic, their boss target them, Discrimination, Boss undermine their accomplishments, Politics in job, High competition, Diminishing their enemy and building connection with the powerful people in the organization, white collar job to survive here at their position, must be good politicians, They hate politics but want to do the job, they don't speak out, they don't bring new ideas in the meetings, They hide, They keep their heads down and do as they are told, they are talked negatively, they are survived, But in the new economy it is becoming very tough to hide, Sales, it is more adventurous, sales people are paid for their production than their hours, they set their lifestyle to that level of income, they buy new homes, new cars, put their kids in better school, Everything is great for a while but everything changes with the arrival of their competitors , they lose their best customers, the economy goes in recession, Passion is nice but u have to marriage passion with skill, Doctors have spend decade of their life, 10000 hours to reach expert in any field, 4 hours per day is almost 7 years, this formula applies to NWM itself, it will take 7 years to become world class, Don't get complacent, Don't stop learning while u are learning, I stop focussing on luck, timing, positioning and shortcuts, I stopped focussing on money,  My world changed when I started focussing on my skills, I practiced, practiced , practiced till I mastered them, Another thing happened when I decided to go pro, my group started ...

Inviting people to understand your product & opportunity, most of the people think we have to start with great reputation, we started with no reputation and no influence, In the beginning,  I was desperate and scrappy, I gave my pitch, to so many people, I was like a hunter, begging to most of the people, I didn't care about relationship, I just cared about recruitment, my attitude was, some will, some where, so what, Next, My attitude was like a hunter, everybody around me feel punted, it was fun, After 3 to 4 years of disappointment, I started to study the stories of successful leaders of NWM, I was surprised, they were no hunters, they were farmers, They build relationships, they build friendship, they tried to build trust with people, skilfully transferred the belief of the product and opportunity, There initial object was not to recruit the prospect, their goal was to educate the prospect, and let the prospect decide what they have to do, huge switch of strategy that of me, I put myself in prospect shoes, I realised why pro has such great results, They are more like coaches and , they build relationships, I noticed that pro were not in a hurry to  pitch their product and opportunity but they waited for the right time and invited them, to some short of event, and secondly I noticed these pro used tools to educate people, there is no question technology  is always in a evolution phase, use technology to educate the prospect, it is a rapidly changing world, when u adapt technology, u are moving along with the technology, Technology provides quality education to our people quickly, there is nothing like a physical tool, in a world of bits and bytes, Two method , first physical interaction builds trust, second social proof , people want to see and meet people who are actively involved in the opportunity, people from different background involved  in the products , financial opportunity, and the use of technology in communicating with the customers,   they realise they don't have to do most of the work, Technology continues to evolve, technology will help in educating  the prospect, 
When we invite 10 to 20 people and there are only 1 to 2 turnout, it is very discouraging, our goal is education and understanding, Tool is a great way for education and creating excitement, you can use ur tool in car, while walking and else where with your convenience, When u learn and apply the result is dynamic, and dramatic, growth will go to roof, we had more fun than we can described, Train your people to become NWM pro, Network marketing mediocrity, I graduated myself to train my people, How many of you are the part of NWM school, and NWM graduation, Large number of people consistently doing what you are doing, when that happened, everything changed for the better, Emotionally detach yourself from the outcome, Remember our initial goal is education & understanding not recruitment, if u just disconnect yourself from the emotion, just focus on education and understanding, everything gets very simple, This sounds easy but is difficult to do, if u constantly focus on how to get new customers, new business builder, they will keep running away from you, but when u focus on Education & Learning, your prospect will have fun and will enjoy the experience, Be yourself, most of the people become different person while inviting., Rule no 3 Have some enthusiasm, enthusiasm is contagious, positive emotions will convert into better result, Rule no 4 Have a strong posture, In the beginning ,I was so insecure, Be your self but be a stronger your self, Be ur self but be a  confident yourself, Building your posture is Just like building a new muscles, I would practise longer and longer unless it becomes the part of me,

Recruiting SuperStar

I am Thomas Edison of NWM, he did no failed 10000 times but he found 10000 ways that did not work,  After 6 months will u become top performers or top producer, process of transition, you have to sponsor large number of people to find ur superstar, U will put yourself in disappointment, if u expect all ur recruit to shine, some will start as a storm but they will be washed out, More leads u have , better the option to find right people, Hot leads, Warm leads or New Leads, Everybody has a inner circle, u have to find the way to enter it, the more inner circle u will enter , more warm lead u will generate, New Leads or fresh list, one new person daily is minimum, if u are serious in building the organization, if u get up early morning with the intention I have to talk to one new person, u will spot them, Who is your prime prospect, why they are hot prospect, How to ask questions to identify the hot prospect, How well u connect with them at personal level will determine whether they will sign with u or other prospect, most of the time u will find the potential of the prospect is less obvious or hidden, Don't be dettered, just because the prospect is sending out weak signals, Every person is different with unique vision, guess work,

What should I do to lead myself successfully, 
We all have our Blind spots & Flaws, Area where people fail to see themselves is their blindspot , Everybody has some blindspot, few are able to recognise them, we see ourselves with our own intentions that gives us a false impression, who we are and what we do, Leaders influence others and their actions impacts their team, Organisation outcome depends upon how we  make people to think, make people dream, make people organise themselves, make people balance their life,  
Four most common blindspots among leaders :
1. Singular perspective, I was not practising good leadership, I was making people see my way, No body is always right in any subject, your focus is too narrow, we have to see things from the prospect view point, this is the leaders challenge, 
2. Insecurity , Insecure leaders think about themselves first, They may look weak, foolish, or insignificant, insecure leaders take more of leaders than they give, they feel they are less,  their best interest are overlooked in favour of insecure leaders, they See their people  as their competitors, they fear they are jealous of their own people, Ask yourselves, Do u have hard times giving credit to others, Andrew Carnegie said, no man can be succeessful if he tries to do everything by himself, and give credit to himself, You communicate your trust and confidence in them, Good leaders will steal your leaders it is a sign of insecurity, Are u threatened by the growth of others, Are u micro managing everything in your group, it is a sign of insecurity. They limit their organisation, and they go deep into their work and want to take all the credits, We need to give them freedom and act as a macro manager, 
3. OUT OF CONTROL EGO : Other blindspot of leaders is Ego, They believe other people are inferior to them, they are close minded, they blame others for any thing wrong and they stay in the state of denial, they never want to talk about others other than themselves, they feel they are indispensable, they disregard the ideas of others, The superior atitude make other people feel insulted or dismissed, 
4. WEAK CHARACTER : Character protects your talents, other attributes that makes you successful, character is the sum value of all our choices, Do u make false resolution and go back to your old behaviour, your values, feelings and actions are all in alignment, he is focussed on building his character.

Everybody can achieve PAN success. What Successful people do daily, unsuccessful people do occasionally, They implement system for personal growth, They make everyday their master piece, Everybody can lead a great team, Look for believers, people who believe in you and your vision, Givers and contributors make team, they bring good ideas to the table, people who compliments become celebritys, he is excited with his life everyday with the new possibilities, Implement the right practices and be surrounded by the right people, You have to decide What values you live for and what values u die for, those values comes from their core beliefs and their faith, Leading well means serving others, success is driven by ideology, if u dont know why u are on this earth, When u become a leader, focus on your responsibilty not on your rights, People will respect u and chances are more they will follow you. Leadership are not from post or titles but from authentic relatiinships, How will u build relationship, live with authenticity, kind & respect, go where they are to connect with them, Lot of leader wait for their leaders to come to them, Dont wait,  initiate, You will be the INDUSTRY TYCOON, 
Effective leaders take initiatives, it will benefit the organisation, you will never possess if you are unwilling to pursue, People offer resistance, Replenish yourself daily to build your influence, people are demanding change, the more you lead , the more you succeed, if you don't replenish yourself with energy, you will run out of gas, Practice more as one of your daily habit, Give more than u receive,

No job has a future, people have a future, Now i have started respecting partners, share ur passion with ur people, it will inflame your people, job is not big enough for people, picture of the future inspires people, your contribution is making a difference, u cannot do todays job with yesterdays skill, first person who you should address is Yourself, I learnrd first from my Leadership position, i ask people for help, In 6 months i started to develop my credibility, Who is the most influential ?
Whom everyone agrees for, who everyone listen to?
How do you respond to people who are not working to the potential ?
Your choices limit yourserf. Choices increases your potential. Unrealistic expectation, talent will not carry you to the position, you have to the pay the price to reach a position, 
Broken relationship, weaker person controls relationship, stronger person first comes and ask for forgiveness, you cant be hostage to that,
Leaders are hard to find, hard to train and 
Poor leaders dont respond well, Open mind leads to open door, every one has a right to his opinion, credibilty open the door to conversation, it is built over the time, they go to the coworkers to complain, develop ur own main purpose, Vision is critical for success, tunnel vision, you cannot influence leaders without vision, 
Indecisive and inconsistent, miserable , The world is full of negative energy, 
Acknowledge their feeling, progress always comes with risk, understand your Leaders, your vision should come from values,

Energised or paralysed, Lead the Speed, Change your role, dont lose strength, small small group personality driven, focus on best opportunities, opportunities offer Wisdom, Entrpreneurial orgranisation, Magnify and maximise your energy, Values of opportunities, skills and energy, leadership driven model, stabilty for my organisation, share your values, develop a framework, failed leader lack skill, bad character, lost your position, leadership role, mistaken strategy, talk to people for first hand knowledge, necessary adjustment, lot of work with others, creates additional change, change slowly, change in one action, rebuild trust, ask people forgiveness, honest about failure,
Leaders take the ring, Leaders in succession, Are u ready to pass on the leadership, As outgoing leaders u have to plan succession, naturally gravitate, better chance to succeed, prepare your succeesor, succession plan develop experiences, develop ur successor as a person and as a leader, taking care of unfinished business, no body can care as u are, becuase u have so much credibilty, fantastic gift, meddling in the organisation and undermining their leadership, business can have one leaders, make urself available to ur successor, perspective that is valuable, 14 years of experience of developing leaders, tried to make transition, Great team of great people, Legacy of a Leaders, conviction in people to carry on the Legacy, developed other leaders, if u want to leave a legacy, invest in people, putting people intobposotion, permanent change is the hearts of people, 
Ability to make change happen, ability to make things happen, Influence cannot be delegated, it has to be developed, Influence comes from knowledge, relationship, 
Weak people skill can be managers , elevating people with weak people skill is a recipe of failure, When leaders speak, people listen, leaders are value adders, Dont ask What are others doing for me ? Developing leaders is a science or an Art, Art recognising leadership, Science is evaluating performance, science is before implementation of an idea and an Art after implementation, Always dealing with basics to grow, no body pays for average, everybody pays for excellence, Expressing my belief in them, place for practice for emerging leaders, allow to fail them safely, help them get up, keep increasing their responsibilties, as some emerging leaders comes, they do the mistakes, they leave them alone, if u keep working with new leaders, and increase their level of responsibilities, allow them to benefit from your experience, How will u help to grow the potential of ur leaders when they are not ready to leave their comfort zone and take charge of new responsibility, if people are not able to see the future for themselves, you have to show them, Success is new role of responsibility, Treat them not as they are, but what they could be, people who desire to reach their potential,

They inspire others to believe, Give your attention to who deserve it not who demand it, New person may have different circumstances and different priorities, How u raised a child, and how u mentored them, you made them responsible for their action, explain the game, mastering the game is by playing the game, your move approach is mentoring, The only way to empower your group is to understand their true potential, overprotection or to carry them is to cripple them, Put Excuses over action, solving the problem for them, you deny them the experience to grow, Gaining experience makes u more confident, Heart starts pumping, 
Growing example of leadership, I am the problem, give yourself space to grow, Today's fear is your strength tomorrow, Let result do the talking, don't waste your time in resurrection of yesterday's performance, look for new people, Give appreciation to former performers, Invest ur time with producers, If your team members are willing to learn, your team member will triumph,  if they are not ready to learn, nothing u do will make a difference, Remember, ur examples will be compounded many times over all over your organisation.
(13) Learn to walk in ur upline shoes, Direct selling embraces wide range of personality, we 1have to grow here from sales and services to leadership, I am recruiting superstar, you develop to mentor diverse personality through this education system, Each personality is driven by different motivation, security and survival needs, we should bond with all personalty types, working with a great time, a team where u receive appreciation, directing the conversation, I have 6 months emergency fund. spontaneous, you are resourceful, you are confident, I am a cheerleader, don't lose your nerve, Dont be apprehensive, Great team provide an environment where everybody gets appreciation and edification, Family reunion, different cultural experience, intense behaviour, ambitious Eagle, dominant personality, feeling them valued, Never let them down, overambition let u down, unfocussed are inattentive, cultivate a sense of humour, Lead yourself before u lead a team, Embrace diversity, diversity will produce better result, high and low maintenance,

Great Shopping Experience, Perfect way to own your business or own your life, production cost, inventory cost, overhead cost, logistic cost, advertising & promotion cost, you have to meet these expenses in the traditional business, Here u learn and earn on your household budget, I am a student of this business at the same time I am having a 4 digit monthly income,  choices are overwhelming, Thousands of direct selling company is lining  to partnering with you, you can choose, when u work, with whom u work and where u work, If u have a business which is draining you financially and emotionally, you can return the key, and partner with the corporation that is investing in you, corporation will subsidised your growth, and partner you at every level of your growth. Household budget, there is a limit to how many people u can reach, there is a limit to how many hours can u work, if u want to live a dream live, u have to learn to recruit, Recruiting lifts the ceiling of your income, if u want to reach your highest income level, u have to find and train others to sale your product  and  services and teach them to do the same, Residual income is generated when the ground work is done, The most powerful channel, the word of mouth, NWM takes away the hustle of shopping, no crowded mall, Packed parking lots, product will be delivered at your door, cutting their overhead expenses, loyalty points attached to repeat orders for customers, low paid and less skilled in contrast in NWM distributors are Highly trained and motivated, 
Quality product backed by satisfaction guaranteed, People go where they feel welcome, If u take care of your people, they will take care of your business, Make Relationship as the key component of your business, You never know, when the circumstances change,
