Questions are the basis of our learning. Good leaders ask themselves questions, What do you need to ask yourself ? Questions are the part of leaders life, I can take responsibility, I should be proactive and ask questions to myself, By asking question to myself, I can maintain my integrity, increase my energy, and improve my leadership capacity,
1. Am I investing in myself ? Build ourself and what I get in return from my life . Learn to work hard on yourself, learn this lesson well as soon as possible. Book u don't read, seminar you don't attend can change your life, Business gets better when you get better. I purposely do on my own, and I educate other people to do the same, some people do, some don't.

What should I do to lead myself successfully,
We all have our Blind spots & Flaws, Area where people fail to see themselves is their blindspot , Everybody has some blindspot, few are able to recognise them, we see ourselves with our own intentions that gives us a false impression, who we are and what we do, Leaders influence others and their actions impacts their team, Organisation outcome depends upon how we make people to think, make people dream, make people organise themselves, make people balance their life,
Four most common blindspots among leaders :
1. Singular perspective, I was not practising good leadership, I was making people see my way, No body is always right in any subject, your focus is too narrow, we have to see things from the prospect view point, this is the leaders challenge,

Insecurity , Insecure leaders think about themselves first, They may look weak, foolish, or insignificant, insecure leaders take more of leaders than they give, they feel they are less, their best interest are overlooked in favour of insecure leaders, they See their people as their competitors, they fear they are jealous of their own people, Ask yourselves, Do u have hard times giving credit to others, Andrew Carnegie said, no man can be succeessful if he tries to do everything by himself, and give credit to himself, You communicate your trust and confidence in them, Good leaders will steal your leaders it is a sign of insecurity, Are u threatened by the growth of others, Are u micro managing everything in your group, it is a sign of insecurity. They limit their organisation, and they go deep into their work and want to take all the credits, We need to give them freedom and act as a macro manager,
3. OUT OF CONTROL EGO : Other blindspot of leaders is Ego, They believe other people are inferior to them, they are close minded, they blame others for any thing wrong and they stay in the state of denial, they never want to talk about others other than themselves, they feel they are indispensable, they disregard the ideas of others, The superior atitude make other people feel insulted or dismissed,
4. WEAK CHARACTER : Character protects your talents, other attributes that makes you successful, character is the sum value of all our choices, Do u make false resolution and go back to your old behaviour, your values, feelings and actions are all in alignment, he is focussed on building his character.
Everybody can achieve PAN success. What Successful people do daily, unsuccessful people do occasionally, They implement system for personal growth, They make everyday their master piece, Everybody can lead a great team, Look for believers, people who believe in you and your vision, Givers and contributors make team, they bring good ideas to the table, people who compliments become celebritys, he is excited with his life everyday with the new possibilities, Implement the right practices and be surrounded by the right people, You have to decide What values you live for and what values u die for, those values comes from their core beliefs and their faith, Leading well means serving others, success is driven by ideology, if u dont know why u are on this earth, When u become a leader, focus on your responsibilty not on your rights, People will respect u and chances are more they will follow you. Leadership are not from post or titles but from authentic relatiinships, How will u build relationship, live with authenticity, kind & respect, go where they are to connect with them, Lot of leader wait for their leaders to come to them, Dont wait, initiate, You will be the INDUSTRY TYCOON,
Effective leaders take initiatives, it will benefit the organisation, you will never possess if you are unwilling to pursue, People offer resistance, Replenish yourself daily to build your influence, people are demanding change, the more you lead , the more you succeed, if you don't replenish yourself with energy, you will run out of gas, Practice more as one of your daily habit, Give more than u receive,

People who never finish sabotage ur self image, choice to start, choice to finish, No body wants to work with people, whom they do not trust, people who dont finish are mostly unorganised and indisciplined, Bigger & Better responsibilty, filter out negatives, emotionally stuck, focus on loss or focus on learning, take away energy from dissenters and low performers, chance to get on board, negative people are unproductive people, interested in people who are growing, learn your strength and weaknesses, people who are high performers and have a vision,
No job has a future, people have a future, Now i have started respecting partners, share ur passion with ur people, it will inflame your people, job is not big enough for people, picture of the future inspires people, your contribution is making a difference, u cannot do todays job with yesterdays skill, first person who you should address is Yourself, I learnrd first from my Leadership position, i ask people for help, In 6 months i started to develop my credibility, Who is the most influential ?
Whom everyone agrees for, who everyone listen to?
How do you respond to people who are not working to the potential ?
Your choices limit yourserf. Choices increases your potential. Unrealistic expectation, talent will not carry you to the position, you have to the pay the price to reach a position,
Broken relationship, weaker person controls relationship, stronger person first comes and ask for forgiveness, you cant be hostage to that,
Leaders are hard to find, hard to train and
Poor leaders dont respond well, Open mind leads to open door, every one has a right to his opinion, credibilty open the door to conversation, it is built over the time, they go to the coworkers to complain, develop ur own main purpose, Vision is critical for success, tunnel vision, you cannot influence leaders without vision,
Indecisive and inconsistent, miserable , The world is full of negative energy,
Acknowledge their feeling, progress always comes with risk, understand your Leaders, your vision should come from values,

Leaders take the ring, Leaders in succession, Are u ready to pass on the leadership, As outgoing leaders u have to plan succession, naturally gravitate, better chance to succeed, prepare your succeesor, succession plan develop experiences, develop ur successor as a person and as a leader, taking care of unfinished business, no body can care as u are, becuase u have so much credibilty, fantastic gift, meddling in the organisation and undermining their leadership, business can have one leaders, make urself available to ur successor, perspective that is valuable, 14 years of experience of developing leaders, tried to make transition, Great team of great people, Legacy of a Leaders, conviction in people to carry on the Legacy, developed other leaders, if u want to leave a legacy, invest in people, putting people intobposotion, permanent change is the hearts of people,
Ability to make change happen, ability to make things happen, Influence cannot be delegated, it has to be developed, Influence comes from knowledge, relationship,
Weak people skill can be managers , elevating people with weak people skill is a recipe of failure, When leaders speak, people listen, leaders are value adders, Dont ask What are others doing for me ? Ask What I am doing for others ? Leaders are finishers, Never make excuses, Take charge, Leaders delivers goods, Leaders deliver No excuses only results,
Developing leaders is a science or an Art, Art recognising leadership, Science is evaluating performance, science is before implementation of an idea and an Art after implementation, Always dealing with basics to grow, no body pays for average, everybody pays for excellence, Expressing my belief in them, place for practice for emerging leaders, allow to fail them safely, help them get up, keep increasing their responsibilties, as some emerging leaders comes, they do the mistakes, they leave them alone, if u keep working with new leaders, and increase their level of responsibilities, allow them to benefit from your experience, How will u help to grow the potential of ur leaders when they are not ready to leave their comfort zone and take charge of new responsibility, if people are not able to see the future for themselves, you have to show them, Success is new role of responsibility, Treat them not as they are, but what they could be, people who desire to reach their potential,
