U cant drive forward if ur eye is fixed at rear view mirror, Grow ur life while u are building this business, Negative thinking is self destruction and pointless, nature of network marketing , u have to be social to become a economic and political power, Building your self esteem and confidence is not about you but its more about people in your organisation. By developing yourself, u are not only helping yourself, u are helping each and every individual of your organisation, The more u want to succeed, the more u have to give to your people, List ur atleast 10 qualities, which u admire of urself, if u find difficult, ask your family members, ur friends what they like about you, Ex. my committments to make 20 calls a day, list the lingering self doubts, Challenge urself for ur doubts rationally not emotionally, Ask Is this belief valid or it is stinking , Does it stand up at the scrutiny, Or is it about my personality or behaviour that can be changed, Are u passionate about your goal or just playing about them, Ask these question to yourself faithfully or u are kidding with yourself, Am i ready to sacrifice for my dreams my behaviour or habits of the past.If yes MOVE ON, make a committments to address those behaviour which holds you back, I will be more organised by..I WILL FORGIVE, I WILL STOP, I WILL START, I WILL BECOME, Reread all the good things u said about yourself, remember all things that other people said about you, Do this over & over, especially when u feel the pain of self doubts, your confidence will strengthen as u start getting results, परिस्थिति अपने आप नही बदलती है जब हम बदलते है तो .........  बदलती है।

Work the plan. Know what the company is going to pay you. Compounding the problem. Don't be dettered & fettered, maximise your income, The basic design or nature of NWM is duplication, people keep on buying their product every month & keep on introducing new aspirants  over & over & over for generations to follow , that makes the model very very powerful.
Your rank in Amway business, depends on the total sales of your team.
Your personal recruit is your first level, and their recruit is the second, third, simultaneously, When your recruit reaches the highest level, we say breaking a leg, and u are paid the residual income . Highest rank comes with more breakaways, Your rank in this business depends upon how hard you work, and how skilled you are, If you work steadily your income will rise month by month throughout the years, Quick Rich scheme, Perpetrators will be penalised, I don't say u to get a Encyclopedia knowledge , working knowledge, read the plan over and over unless u get confidence, Focus on personal activity, Don't reinvent the wheel,
Chapter 6
Living proof that the system works, that is not the end of the world, cultivate good relationship with ur upline who sponsored you.The key to success in Amway business is duplication, if u don't teach this u will fuse the new recruit, you have to drive the system not invent it, Belief in yourself, belief in the product, and belief in the business opportunity, we build the Amway business for fabulous income and fabulous life, this is not a journey to be taken alone,  the more people travel with u the more quickly u will reach to your destination

Hard core reality is 50% people give up in first three months, Every body you recruit have different ambition, ability and circumstances, Don't reinvent the wheel, what is special about the company, reveal your personal experience not the concept of literature, How will you reach the hot prospect, what does the prospect gets when he signs the agreement, Business manual, Amazing team of people to support you, all with no investment, write down the list what does your new recruit expects from you, 
Chapter 6 Take charge , however good your company products , services and profile be, you have to take charge for your success, The only person who can guarantee 100% achievement of your goal is YOU, You are the founder member and CEO of your business, Do you have the courage to accept the responsibility, Think of a train without a driver going nowhere, You cannot drive the car sitting at the back, you have to sit in the driver seat with your hands firmly controlling  the handle, it is unrealistic to believe that it will go your way all the time, Don't fumble with your words, you have the opportunity to become stronger and develop new skills, and pass on the new recruits in the business, Refuse to derail yourself from external influence, Only u can drive ur business with ups & down and from triumphs and tears, you may have some personal distractions on the way, but we have to make sacrifices for achieving our dreams, opportunity to learn and grow, overcoming the road blocks, have courage to make decisions and to take actions, and review your actions, DECIDE, ACT , and REVIEW ...DECIDE, ACT and REVIEW, 
If it's up to be, it's up to me, 
Am I ready to accept the responsibility of my own future?
Am I realistic about the challenge I would face ?
Do I understand the chances of success, improves with every person I recruit?
Am I ready to focus to whatever I need to succeed ?
Am I willing to do whatever it takes to reach my destination?

I became disillusioned with Amway opportunity, System works when you do, and you will be paid for more than u do, Income keep coming even after you have stopped the work, But first u have to do the ground work, When we drill holes for oil, at some places we get dry, at some places we get the source and at some place we get the veins of oil, oils keep pumping, you can master the skills only through practice, Therefore the rewards are high for those u succeed, put action into your business with belief the results will follow, make the necessary adjustment and keep working, Small improvement daily leads to significant improvement over the time, Single reason people fail in this business is that they do not put sufficient hours, Majority spends less than five hour a week, and they do not succeed but you can be different, put as many hours as u can, industry research Shows leaders who put consistent hours in the business are in the higher income brackets than the person who has erratic hours in the business, Make daily list, make daily phone calls, work your room, work your community, the more you connect with people, the bigger the opportunity to grow, take your business seriously, dont allow any body to intrude in that time, we are the living proof that business works, you dont have to cloak in, so dont take it lightly, dont cheat yourself, start each day with power hours, making calls , u feel energised with the rest of the day, Activity leads to results and results lead to rewards, when we delay our work, the days pass on, the work become burden and the burden become heavier, tackling the tough job first, you will feel lighter for the day, Ask your family members share the benefit, share the work, Stick to your list, Dont gamble with your future,

Fresh people will bring more excitement, more new ideas, People will come, some will perform, some will not perform whatever ever effort u put, balance comes with new recruitment, don't depend on one or two person, bubble star burst, your shining star becomes shooting star, potential breakaway comes with new recruitment, surround yourself with the best people to , circumstances and gratitude change overnight, be in touch with your people, be persistent , Are u a party planner, secret to winning team is balance, suppressing needs, Next recruit may be a coffee house owner, ur neighbor, always keep your antenna, one guarantee u will not be able to sponsor, Don't ask. We get better everyday, look out for clues, U are not trying to convince 1them, but u tell them what the opportunity has to offer,

Collective sales of small producers, They are the future breakaways, Inspire, motivate, train more and more people will create more breakaways in your business, this is how you Rate your chance for long term success, Being a mentor takes energy and commitment, Commitment should be mutual, your goal is to become a confident leader, what is your next move, Mentoring can be time consuming, personal sales and activity may slide, Balancing your time between personal activity and coaching others make sense, Although u have taken a new responsibility, but if u don't, you will stop growing, A person whom u mentored becomes independent, now it's times to mentor someone new. You will not find that person, but the flow of new recruit is on. Become a mentor, Ask yourself, what quality would u like to see in a mentor, Regular review your mentoring program from time to time, to ensure you are investing your time and defit to people that produce results,
