Confident decision Making

Decision is making a right choice.
Chapter 1
How we make decision? Somethings come in our life, we can afford, and we make decision.
There is a better way. You decision, is based on money investment or people, 
By relying on Decision making process, will make u confident decision maker. Making the right choices. He has not properly categorised the problem. Consequences of what are the possible result. 
The series of step. It can spoil our relationships. Think of three critical decisions of your life. Decisions are the building block of our life, of our future. No body wants to stand in ambiguity. In the real wold, u make the decisions on ur abilty and ur skills to face the situations, 
u have the courage to act. Intution to ur decision. Too long to analyse and agonise ( चितित ) ur decision, 
Decision 3 steps,  Analysis,    judgement     synethesis, , Analysis department means what may work and what may not work, judgement department several choices are available, they use tools to reach logical decision making, Synthesis department, visualise the opposite of the situation contrary to conventional wisdom, examine the environment not the problem before concluding to a decision, 
It is my decision or people decision, situation will improve or deteriorate,  it is my problem or anybody else has faced the problem first, Dont be concerned, if it sounds complicated, No builder will attempt to build unless he gets the blue print of the house. If the blue print is not right, he will not move ahead in building the house. It is the same way in Confident decision making, layout of the house, Flip the plan and reverse it, The common problem in  human being that we all tend to think that we know more than we really do, Blue print makes u more optimist, Be a realist, analyse the problem and the opportunity u know, key to blue print is to gather the information, cost of gathering information, Do I have a enough information to make a decision, let the competition jump on you, views on car auto magazine, more information u have less bad decision u will make, more information will help u decision making, it is just like mountain climbing, inaccurate information, recall your information, preconceived notions

Chapter 4
Have the feel of it, find some other way, i think that this is the skill u can learn, ability to concentrate on the problem, What is the wisdom , It is the power of patience, How did u discover the  Law of gravitation ? He said, i kept it thinking all the time, i kept the subject constantly before me said issac newton, He focussed power of concentration on the problem, stimulated by my goal, Expand your options, relish your growth, spearheaded the project, if you are making mistakes, you are making decisions, You have to forget what you have lost in the past, revaluate the situation as it exists today, room for intuition ( truths or facts) pure intuition means real photography, saturate your mind with information, incense focus ( concentration booster) , All your mental energy at your task, prepare your mind for rapid reasoning.Pick the best mind, Explosive creativity, 
Chapter 5
Short time memory & long term memory so that u can build your memory & retention so that u can maintain your focus at your goal. If u lose memory u lose focus,  Shutting down the left brain and stimulating the right brain, left brain accepts things logically and right brain absobs the things emotionally, some researches speculates the behaviour, 85% people favours the left brain in our country,  Left brain dominates the conscious thoughts, right brain is in the influence of the emotions. right brain goes to sleep first and get up last, how are u bogged down, something u can market, you are in the seminar not for entertainment value but information value, Decision making style, Personality window, pragmatic u will make creative decision, if you are extrovert u dont check the fact and u move ahead, secret weapon, creative right brain, monotone talk

Reverse the objective, other perks, answer to the problem, The fastest point to two point is a straight line, everybody in the industry is looking one way think the opposite way to be successful, opposite end, star wars, is it feasible, looking at the environment than the problem, visualising yourself to find the perfect answer, You do become what u think about, visualisation does work, penalty of a bad decision, focus on negativity, warm response to my proposal has a magical effect, awesome force, increases the staff but doesnt have the parking space, obvious solution, if u know if u wouldnt fail, Geneva is the most expensive city of the world, limiting thought, figure out, amazing change in your lifestyle, u could work miracles, i admire u greatly, 
Vertical thinking and lateral thinking
Ray crock advise, slow down make it easy, open few counters every year, Every big business keep planning new counters every year, forcing subconscious mind to play, response time, divergent thinking,  simple solution, look at the problem from other planet, defocus the problem, look at the problem with the innocence of a child, look at the problem u have been explained the first time, divert thinking, creative synthesis, Creative thinker of the world, 
Chapter 7
Believe in yourself, framework, think thriugh the problem,how obvious is it,  convergent thinking, alpha state go to work, some decision can be based on intution (instinct), cognitive scientist, logical mind lets us down, analysis, judgement, synthesis, money problem or people problem, go or no go, teaching him about the world, toss the coin and then decide, creative thinking vs critical thinking, head as positive and tail as a negative, checklisting way to synthesise to a decision, qualifying evaluations, go or no go, rate yourself in the scale of 10, evaluate the choices systematically, simplifies the decision making, rate yourself in the scale of 1 to 10. Satisfaction on using the product, incredible decision, Choice betn doing something or not doing something, Report card method to make a decision, path finder, multiple choices , blueprint of your objectives, dont see what u dont like, evaluate each company, rate it, certainty & uncertainty involved, 
Chapter 8
DPC Data processing consultancy, face of uncertainty, uncertain consequences, responses it would come, reactions and projection, AVR audio video report, Review the process, possible reactions, Low bid, quantify the reactions, science of probability, reaction table, multa stage decision, vascillating from One decision to other, My vision expanded, determination tree, family tree, calculate the chances of happening, i go broke, i do before i die, rate of probability, Tree creates a sub tree, triggers something in my mind, imagine the desired solutions, if u are not imagining u are not using the faculty of ur brain, Interesting possibilities, win win decisions, i am ready to roll, list the reasons, underestimating the challenge, predict something to happening or not happening, intregate the logic to create magic, 
Chapter 9
Sleepless night, jumpstart, should i go ahead myself or involve others to my decision, huggling, huddle, or making decision of its own, Huddling raises the ethical standard of decision, getting the group involved in the decision, distributed the piece of paper to each individual, australian market by storm, Huddling will generate more options, huddle may turn down your ideas, huddle Outperform each individual, Ot forces action on problems, Huddling gives intelligent input, it increases trust in the organisation, trust go sky high, information is of better quality, Huddling rejects acrimonious decisions, It is obvious but not good news, u get bogged down, draw conclusion more carefully, it stops doing dump things, highly complicated decisions, great decision making tools, threshold series, group huddling and get the input, A list and B List rate the ideas, structured method, hidden aspect of the problem into the open, reinstated in their words, Analogies to conclude, comparison the decisions of your people, it would  seem like a starwar, bounces around the room, Evaluate all the decisions, different version of the same decision, more synergy is created through huddles, counter productive, abstact problems, huddling is time consuming, it is hard to remove the rebel member, autocratic decisions, 
Chapter 10
3 major problem in decisions, acting more quickly, acting more slowly and autocratic decision, month old problem, real world decision under time pressure, under time pressure analyse the problem less thoroughly, overlook imp information, slim down less opportunies, few experts, few people involvment, Do u need breathing space, dont make decision when u are angry, u are depressed, dont make decision when u are over enthusiastic , enthusiasm can blind you, it can bring disaster, personal life, business life, dont be afraid to ask, morale of the story, ask the question, sense someone who doesnt know your secret, classic examples, tha market have changed, how reversible is your decision, 
Reversible or irreversible decision, monologue, avoid problems and move towards opportunities, lets somebody worry about that, broke attitude can break you, desired to involve other people, removing people as a scrap of paper, fear of failure, makes u lose, millions of people all around say, it wont work, the expertise have a different story, misguided belief may be harmful and detrimental, it is not a hoax, seed of failure will lead to success, Major barriers in decision making, speed is essential, every confident decision is a mirror of ,
Chapter 11
Persuade ur employee, illustrate a scenario, cprporate sale people did all the selling, now people are building their network for producing sales, aggresive marketing techniques, Very suspicious, opportunity wont wait, impasses the problems, scientific thought, inflexibilty at the top, flexibilty at the bottom, Vertical line input, flexibilty to change your mind, conscious thought at the left,  unconscious thought in the right, Preestablished emotions, Economic bull, 
Team effort, Bull is thinking why he is taking so long, shall i involve anyway, give everybody piece of action, Decision making is gut feel, call the bull, sounds like fun, too much analysis leads to paralysis, preconceived ideas, power of veto, foolish risk, blueprints of the problem, evaluation, research and cost benefit analysis, simple projection, profitable position, genie i want to give me early retirement, i am going fishy, decision making process, are u an eagle or bee, open to suggestion, blood haul, service taking to sales person, tough way to make living, see and select, inflexibul bull, bull is sinking, more open mind, High pressure selling, open minded or skeptical, decision based on facts not feelings, consensus round your decisions, Are u comfortable with the situations, it will make u a confident decision maker, 
Chapter 12
Dont have extra something, high talent for ambiguity, confident with ambiguity, professional speaker, Never back tracked, exciting and enriching tour, process of blueprinting in decision making, right choice is not a perfect solution, seeing the Big Picture, opportunity seizing, abilty to think independtly, this is a great virtues, lack of ethics, i dont make jokes , i just wash the govt. Rethink your plan, energy of your organisations, millions in marketing research, major flaw in plan, it was a disaster, he was out of the business, evaluate each person and each situations, 350 business in 30 countries, people think product is overpriced, response is resounding, keep track of the progress, it will not blow me up but i have to be alert, working through a minefield ( hidden problems & dangers) , all kind of a different situation, rallied behind the plan, rally behind your leaders, courage to ask questions, High tolerant, always remain resilient, avoiding decision minefield. Synthesis to devlop ur option, Now u are ready to graduate, destination doesnt matter, how much satisfaction & fun you had in the journey. Money will flow to you, take care of what is taught to you.
