How to manage time , if u are suffering from the same malady, you have to set priorities, Is your goal to please your upline, or it is a realistic goal that resonates ur core values of your life, The biggest challenge or obstacles on the way to achieving the goal is the Fear of Failure, Ground rule, first of all identify your purpose, why are you building ur business, Once u identify, u will find all the resources to fulfill it, Divide ur goal into subgoals and further into manegeable smaller parts, Goal of writing books, you will find it difficult to start, but when u starts from building words, the words has the power to make sentences, sentences into paragraph, paragraphs into chapters, chapters into books, set a time limits if it helps u to maintain ur focus, if it doesn't, don't set ur timelimits, it will make u feel as a failure, your goal is to lose weight, and as long as u progress in losing weight, u are successful, No need to put time constraints, if it builds ur anxiety, Remove your psychological barriers, Don't change ur belief overnight, change the way u think, start believing that u have the ability to achieve ur dreams, Define your goal, your Life long goal, Break that goals into subgoals and further smaller manageable goal on your daily basis, Do it for yourself, It's your goal , don't write ur goal with the intention to please someone else, pleasing others should not be your primary motivation, is your goal new or u have been been pursuing for more than last one years, if yes, ask yourself, why u are not able to reach ur goal, Did u had some other goal in this period, or u wasted ur time and efforts which had nothing to do with ur life long goal, finally are ur core values mirrored in the steps u take to fulfill your objectives, This will help u remove hidden obstacles, or else positive steps will be slow, The sun rises in the east horizon and sets to the west horizon, similarly we get up early in the morning, where our cortisol level is high and as the day progresses the cortisol level lowers and finally we go asleep,
Left brain vs Right brain, the Left brain is responsible for analytical processes and the right brain is involved in optimistic pursuits, consistent correlation, emotions motivate us to take actions, Fear of failure plunges you in inaction and inactivity , complete success is rare, What is the possible outcome, Fear is the emotions of future, inability to predict, Fear of failure or constant scrutiny, play to win not to avoid losing,

Mistakes can cause disaster can be much more devastating in our normal life, mistakes in sports can cost u the game, eg medical personnel, surgeon, law enforcement office, school bus driver, nuclear power plant operators, Air traffic control, Air pilot, How u handle stress can impact your physical health, Time of emotions upheaval, white cells immune system depends upon how u handle ur stress, Best to cope with stress in your life, specially when the situation is getting worse, compelling reasons, Company's are downsizing incompetence, competition of incompetence, If u don't work long hours u will be declared incompetent, trimming has to be done, If u want to stay in job, u have to assume responsibilities, little satisfaction associated with job which people hold today, people standing in the assembly line whole day doing the same task, Leads to common illnesses, artillery disease to infection, Dealing with uncertainty and setbacks, Is it my beliefs or somebody else's belief, dissatisfaction is an excellent motivator, When u have done ur best and satisfied with your results , happiness is the result, Reframing your sentence, propel you to success, Don't behave as a flat tyres, frustrating activity, it is easier to lose motivation than to keep motivation, Principle of thermodynamics not only apply in physics but also in human behaviour, People fail to balance their life with their business goals. Push your physical limits, quench your thirst, alcohol is not a nutrient, empty calories, extra food craving, hyperglycemic, keep track, Unferestimate calorie intake, you are what u eat, Ally & Enemy, emotion can impede your success, emotions are eyes & ears of your body, impedes your productivity,
Lack of energy erodes u from achieving your goal, you are what you eat, Drinking water helps in weight management by fat burning, Emotions can impede your progress, sadness can change your circumstances, fear can paralyse you, impact your immune system, endocrine system, emotions are double edged sword, emotions are nothing but sensory system, Impedes your productivity or blocks your behaviour, problem may resurface, emotions are good or bad, all emotions are good for human life, but there is a counter point, emotions are opposite of reason, opposite forces attract and like forces repel, impede your growth, anger is put in the negative column, when u put that anger against your children and spouse it is a negative emotions, but when u use that anger to motivate urself, It becomes a virtue not a vice, conversely the emotion of love is positive emotions when it is directed towards your children, your spouse, but when the same emotion of love is directed towards your next door neighbor, it becomes a negative and destructive emotion. There is no such thing such as good or bad belief, It is only just when belief is not justified under a particular circumstances becomes bad, ur belief is the result of your environment, it becomes ur emotions and the brain releases the chemicals, emotional well-being, your body chemistry, and your health, Examine your beliefs, and then take control and then progress towards achieving your dreams, Emotions have direct impact on your well-being. Translate your emotions into language, talk out loud, or simply write it down, mortality rate (death rate) of your goal, u can examine ur belief and take control of your Goals and make progress in your life, Identify the emotions u are feeling, giving u different perspective for getting causes and it's solutions, are u feeling sad, angry, fearful, guilty, embarrassed, or the combination of these or some others, identify the source of problematic emotions, Are u angry on yourself for not accomplishing your goal, are u feeling guilty because u failed, replace them with positive thoughts, Rethink the entire scenario, once u figure out what went wrong take corrective measures, learn from ur mistakes, Biggest blunder will be an example for future choices,
Chapter 5
Unexpected panic attack, Lose sense of reality, intense feeling of fear, distract yourself, anxiety will fade away, control self destructive emotions, complaining takes u no where, Internalise anger for your motivation, departure from your negative feelings, fear of public speaking, Become a volunteer, learn to take and follow the advice from others, give participants some assignment, emotions can be shared it makes other to achieve their goals, Confess your weakness, emotional discomfort, gain confidence to accept the change, economic sucide, fear of regret is getting replaced by fear of failure, your words affecting the lives of so many people's , your hands are tied and u don't have any other choice, people change, you are not the same person in stress and when the situation is calm, situations under medical circumstances, no body can take away ur attitude, u have to learn how to overcome fears, do not accept the belief of others, I am not average, I am going to take control of my life, never surrender your spirit, it's your responses, Remember, fear of failure might arise in the pursuit of your goal, Why waste time talking about problems, emotions of stress don't Internalise it, it makes it more worse, this pill, that pill, give me a sleeping pill, giving up control is very important barriers, collaborators are energised, win win situation, change ur beliefs change ur perceptions, change ur beliefs change ur Results, Recognise when u need to change the course, higher the return , higher the risk, the real education has begun, i was using other people money to build money, and teaching other people do the same,
