forget about goals,
focus on systems, difference between system and goals, goals is about the results and system about the process, If u only focus on system and do not focus on goals, would u get the result. System is useful for making progress,
Achieving a goal is momentary, for the moment,
change the systems that cause the results, What is your next milestone, goal causes conflict, u box urself , system of goal is winning the game, the process of system is your progress, source of incredible power, habits are double edged swords, compounding process will be delayed,
u do not rise to the levels of goal but it falls to the level of your system, Chapter 2
Meditation practice, changing your identity is changing your belief, habits that lasts, the problem is direction of change, sabotage your belief, different set of your belief, relaxing than changing, never aspire to, true behaviour change is the identity changed, book is not to read a book but to become a reader, identity change can be a curse or a blessing, good habit can be rational but, best version of yourself, constantly edit your belief, u are not born with a set of belief, how u embody ur habit, ur identity, certainly not a standout,
