Eat that Frog (Time management)

24 july 21 FROG IS YOUR TASK 
This book has been written on time management in the history of the world, you can get control your time only by changing your thoughts, I have read 100 of books and Thousands of articles on personal growth, you cannot teach anyone u can only help people by your experience, origin of little book, future does not appear promising in my life, more productive and more money, what did they did to produce such results, learn from the expeets, use your time far far better than the average person, this was a revolution to me, i realised i can change my life, rediscover yourself, ability to concentrate gives you more happiness and more confidence, increasing your performance and becoming more valuable to your people, 
Key to success is your action, 
Introduction
Too much to do in so little time, devloping the habit of setting priorities, when u start the day, start by eating a frog, your frog is the most important task, if you have to eat two frogs, eat the ugliest frog first, Start with a easier task, gives u high level of performance and productivity, consistent behaviour, single mindedly,  kinds of habit developing a over a time, task completion make u feel like a winner, endorphin rush when u complete a task or a project, practice is the skill to master any skill, 3 D formula  to master your skill discipline, visualise yourself as u want to be, mental picture has a powerful imact on your behaviour, u all have unlimited ability, put the accelerator on of your potential, determine your frog, clarity is main factor on your productivity, main reason for procastination is lack of motivation, Think on paper, Decide actually what u want, lean ur ladder on the right wall,  double or triple your productivity, unwritten goals are wish or fantasy, no beginning and no end, think ur new activities, organise your list with sequence and priority, Boxes and circles, break down into parts, execution is everything, keep pushing forward, written goals has tremendous imact on your mind, it raises your productivity

Chapter 2 
make a list of ten goals which we want to achieve next year, review your goals, take action on your plan, plan everyday in advance, writing goal is a important tool to avoid procastination,  determine your goal and take action on your written goals , proper planning avoids poor performance, u need a piece of paper and a pen, u get up with great ideas, different list for different purpose, u should have a master list, ur weekly list your daily list from your master list, draw visual picture of your  accomplishments, u will feel more control of your life and your business, U will become unstoppable, make a list u have to do in next 24 hours, start with the end in mind, 
Chapter 3
Apply 80-20 rule is important in time management, 20% of your activity will account of 80% result, ....focus on activity not on your accomplishment, low value task is like a rabbit, it keeps on multiplication, when it becomes habit it becomes very difficult to break these habit, effective and productive people eat their frog where ever they are, 
Chapter 4
Consider the consequences, of doing or not doing anything, this is the way you evaluate urself, winners are motivated by their high value task, time waits for none, it fleets away, momentary success vs permanent success, motivation requires morive, focus and forwarding, obey the law of forced efficiency, Dont make Dead line as an excuse of pressure,  people make an excuse of pressure, what is the biggest frog i have to eat, what are the highest value activity, before u become to work, my biggest frog , the biggest question of time management, keep asking this question over and over again, review your task and project, 
Chapter 5
Big task done everyday, difference between Low performance and high performance, keep focussing on frogs, discontinue lower value activity, secret of success, say no to low value activity, say early and say often, procastinate on purpose, long term consequences, continue review your activity, the cause of your life, creative procastination, decision based on current situation.
Chapter 6
Think on paper is the most simple and effective method to raise your productivity, Should vs must, tadpole A, B, C, D ...Big frog is waiting to be eaten, delegate tadpole and you focus on the big frog, take action immediately, get going and stay going, analyse your work, personal pride, eating the frog, 
Chapter 7
Review the work list, discipline yourself to finish the first work and then focus the next, why you are in payroll, quantity and quality of work, prospecting, identifying needs, offering solutions, and getting referrals, Clarity is essential for higher performance, 
Where are u under performing, delegating is creating compounding effect, Learn the skill of delegation, make it a habit for the rest of the career, 
Chapter 8
10 to 12 hours per day, contribute greatest value to your team, outsourcing, double the contribution to your team to double the income, transform your life, focussing on key task transformed my life, dedicate more results , Financial goal, career goal relationship goal, and your health goal, what is your relationship goal, financial goal, health goal, satisfaction comes with happy relationship, eat the frog and save your time, keep your life in balance, Higher quality of life in home, 
Chapter 9
Never expect perfection in first few attempts, you are bombarded with phone calls and emails, 
Chapter 20
Clarity, ..., Corcumstances around you, sense of urgency, Do it now, Back to work, 
Chapter 21
Learn by constant practice, high level of performance, success requires tons of discipline,
